Why .co.id needs documents, what is usually requested, and how to upload them in the client area.
The .co.id domain is reserved for businesses. That is why PANDI — the .id domain authority — verifies the registrant's documents before the domain goes live. This is what makes .co.id look more official.
Documents usually requested
- Identity of the responsible person, for example a KTP (ID card).
- Business legal documents, for example an NIB or deed of establishment.
PANDI's rules apply. Accepted documents may change according to PANDI policy. If yours differ from the examples above, ask our team before ordering.
