How it works

Four steps, your money stays safe

Resmi.ID stands in the middle as escrow: buyers never send money directly to sellers.

  1. 1Seller proves ownership

    The seller adds a DNS TXT record to the domain. The listing only goes live once that record is detected, and it is re-checked daily.

  2. 2Buyer pays Resmi.ID

    Pay the domain price plus the transfer & 1-year renewal fee. The funds are held — not yet released to the seller.

  3. 3Seller hands over the EPP code

    The seller has 3 days to provide the transfer (EPP) code. We immediately submit the transfer in your name.

  4. 4Domain moves, funds released

    Once the domain is active in the buyer's name, the funds go to the seller. If the domain is not handed over, the buyer is refunded.
